What do you do when you have a problem? Do you take your worries to your friends? Do you talk about your problems with anyone who will listen, looking for pity or sympathy?
When a problem arises, face it boldly. Nothing is ever accomplished by pretending a problem doesn’t exist. Face it directly.
God is with you and within you, ready to help you cope with anything. Seek divine guidance and claim God’s strength each step of the way. Through the activity of God’s Spirit in you, divine strength will overcome any human weakness.
What to do when you have a problem? Turn to God. Look to the Father within for strength and guidance and all will be well. You are a divine child of God. You do not need sympathy or pity. Face your problem boldly and all good will be yours.
Our world is brought forth by our thoughts. As we hold thoughts of peace and harmony, our world will become peaceful and harmonious. We cannot blame others for the circumstances of our lives, for no one else in the world can think our thoughts for us. As we hold to thoughts and feelings of health and wholeness, our mental and physical being will manifest wholeness. As we feel ourselves capable and confident within, so shall we be on the outer.
Sometimes we feel that others cause our problems and get us down. People can irritate us only as much as we allow them to do so. We can protect ourselves from all outer attacks of negative words and thoughts by surrounding ourselves with the light of God. By keeping our mind on only the good and the beautiful, no other person can shake us up in any area. Our true strength is an inner strength, because God dwells within us, and God-power can overcome any error condition in the outer.

Do you ever feel crowded, tense, rushed, and pushed for time? Do you often breathlessly arrive late for work, meetings, or appointments? If so this indicates a lack of organization.
We can learn to organize our time and energy so that we do not waste them. We will show courtesy by being on time wherever it is that we go. We can establish good work habits so that we do not procrastinate and fail to do the things we need to do at the appointed time. Habitual tardiness indicates careless attitudes regarding others. The word careless (look at it as care-less) means without care. Such attitudes show lack of respect for others.
If you feel crowded and tense and find yourself hurrying here and there at the last minute, or later, you are not using your time to good advantage.
Through tuning in to the wisdom of God, you can accomplish much more than you have believed yourself capable of. You can expend your energy so wisely that you are not breathless, hurried, and tired. Instead, you will feel fresh, vital, and alive.
Look to God for help in using your time and energy to good advantage and in a wise and loving way.

What kind of environment do you live in? Stormy, confused, and inharmonious—or loving, bright, and happy?
Your environment doesn’t just happen. It is an extension of you. It is as much a part of you as the shadow you cast. You are responsible for the atmosphere of your surroundings.
If your conditions are not good—if there is discord, dissension, and inharmony—you can do something about it. You have the ability to bring harmony into disagreeable circumstances.
It takes effort to change our environment, but we can—by changing our thoughts, words, actions, and reactions. As we come into harmony ourselves, our environment follows suit.
