Divine Heritage

I am a child of God. I claim my divine heritage here and now.

Those who are close to nature seem to especially enjoy the warmth of the sun and the refreshing coolness of the rain. Life could not exist on earth without light and water, yet we tend to take them for granted most of the time, instinctively knowing that these things are ours.

We also know that day will follow night. Have you ever spent a night worrying whether or not morning would come? Have you ever looked for the sun in any place other than the sky? We do trust God even more than we realize, don’t we? Why not trust Him all the way? Know that God has already provided for us in all ways. Know that all that stands between you and your goal is your own doubt and unbelief.

It is God’s pleasure to give us not only the sun and rain, the order of day and night, but also all good things which make up “the kingdom of heaven.” The kingdom of heaven is present for each of us, but we must know beyond a doubt that we have a right to claim it before it can be ours.

But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become God’s children, to those who believe in his name. (John 1:12)

Dreams

I GIVE THANKS THAT GOD HAS GIVEN ME A VISION. I USE MY IMAGINATION TO MOVE FORWARD INTO GREATER AND GREATER GOOD.

Do you have a dream, a deep desire in your heart for something better? Everyone does, but some have stifled the dream with negative thoughts and feelings.

The deep desires of the heart come from God. If you will listen to the still, small voice within your soul, you will find the dream that is right for you. Use your imagination to build images of the fulfillment of your dream and be ready to move with the opportunities that will come.

Perhaps you will find that you do not want to do what God guides you to do. Like Moses, you may say, “Don’t send me Lord,” and find excuses as to why you can’t do it. However, guidance from God can always be trusted to bring us to our highest good. Listen within for reassurance and trust the wisdom of God. Use your imagination wisely and you will find that dreams do come true.

Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. (Psalm 37:4)

Divine Intelligence

DIVINE INTELLIGENCE IS NOW ACTIVE IN AND THROUGH ALL PHASES OF MY LIFE.

God has created an intelligent universe. The sun, stars, and planets move in an orderly, harmonious, predictable fashion. God has created us as intelligent beings and given us a reasoning mind; therefore, it is up to us to run our lives sensibly. Are you conducting your life intelligently? Are you eating and drinking in moderation, getting proper exercise and rest, and refraining from destructive habits?

Do you use intelligence in carrying out your daily work? Do you work with order, ease, and efficiency? Do you use the power of your thought intelligently? Do you use the power of your spoken word intelligently? Do you consider with intelligence the things you hear, or do you accept them uncritically? Do you have intelligent plans for your life? With judicious planning you can fulfill your heart’s desire.

Life is much more interesting when it is lived this way. The solution to our problems is the intelligent application of our spiritual knowledge and understanding. The very intelligence of God is within you. It is ready and willing to be used by you to bring harmony, order, and good into your life and into your world.

I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all kinds of workmanship. (Exodus 31:3)

Energy

ENERGY, STRENGTH, AND VITALITY ARE GOD’S GIFT TO ME AND I MANIFEST THEM EVERY DAY.

Have you noticed that when you are anticipating something good happening that your general vitality, strength, and energy is very high? Happy hopes—keen anticipation of something interesting and exciting—give an abundance of energy.

Our energy is dependent upon our attitude, not by age as we may have falsely believed. You can regenerate your energy supply. Commitment to a worthwhile project, and doing something meaningful and challenging, gets things going.

Don’t make the mistake of waiting to feel energetic before you start. Begin. The energy will come. This unlimited energy, which is the life-activity of God in you, is waiting for you to activate it. Won’t you?

I am still as strong today as I was in the day Moses sent me; as my strength was then, so my strength is now. (Joshua 14:11)
