Expectation

MY FAITH IS RENEWED! MY EXPECTATION IS FROM GOD!

What are you expecting today—this week—this year? We should examine our expectations carefully, for what we expect comes to us.

It is important to anticipate healing as we pray to be healed. It is necessary to get ready to receive as we pray for prosperity. Many of our dreams go away because we do not really expect them to come true.

What do you expect from yourself? Do you expect the best that you are capable of being? We do ourselves an injustice if we excuse our weaknesses or ignore that which should be corrected. Let us begin to expect the best in ourselves and the best in each day.

We are surrounded by God’s good, but we need to accept this truth. God’s good is constant and everlasting. All else in time passes away. Let us not put our belief on the temporary and the changing. Expect happiness, expect health and prosperity, expect good!

My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him. (Psalm 62:5)

Free to Be!

I am free to be that which I am meant to be. IN SPIRIT I AM FREE!

Spirit exists in perfect freedom. In Spirit we are always free. We have the freedom to be whatever we want to be. We are free to choose the kind of life we want. We are free to build it thought by thought.

Know that you have the freedom to bring forth into your world the deep desire of your heart. It is there because God planted the idea in your being. Claim your freedom to fulfill your heart’s desire!

Affirm: I am free from any negative influence. I am free from the false opinions of others. I am free from any stress and strain. I am free to be that which I am meant to be.

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. (II Corinthians 3:17)

Forward in Faith

I GO FORWARD IN FAITH, KNOWING THAT MY GOOD AWAITS ME. GOD’S SPIRIT DISSOLVES ALL FOGGY THOUGHTS OR FEELINGS AND MAKES CLEAR MY WAY.

What is it that keeps us moving forward through dense fog when we can barely see more than a few feet in front of us? The answer must lie in the sure knowing that our destination awaits us. We have faith in the familiar, and we trust that the road we travel is the same as always. We have faith and we keep going.

Our thoughts and feelings at times go through a “fog.” We simply cannot see the outcome. Yet, we are familiar with the warmth of Divine Love. We know that the Presence of Spirit is ever within. We can keep going. Even though we may travel more slowly during these times of mental or emotional fog, we need never fear. As we go in faith toward good, we will surely find it. God is changeless and ever present.

We don’t yet see things clearly. We’re squinting in a fog, peering through a mist. But it won’t be long before the weather clears and the sun shines bright! We’ll see it all then, see it all as clearly as God sees us, knowing him directly just as he knows us! (I Corinthians 13:12)

Light

My life is flooded with the light of perfect understanding. My spiritual eyes see clearly that which is good and right for me.

As we walk into a dark room, if we know where the light switch is, we go in confidently and soon dispel the darkness. On the other hand, if we do not know our way around a darkened room, we may stumble and become quite confused. When we know where our true Source of Light and Life is, we are confident and secure as well. God is our only Source and God’s Spirit abides within us. Whenever the darkness of negation surrounds us, we are able to dwell in Light the very instant we turn to God in our consciousness.

God is the answer to every need, wish, or desire. In the Light of God there is peace, understanding, wisdom, strength, and power. All that we could ever ask for is already ours. All we need to do is turn to the Source and know that God is our Light.

The Lord is my light and my salvation. (Psalm 27:1)

Choose Wisely

I GIVE THANKS FOR INCREASED LIGHT AND UNDERSTANDING THAT BLESSES OUR WORLD THROUGH POSITIVE COMMUNICATION.

Never in history have we had such remarkable means of communication as we do today.

It is up to each of us, however, to be selective and give our time and attention only to that which will inspire, uplift, and bless. Rightly used, these means of communication can help us dispel the shadows of superstition and strengthen our understanding of people around the world. It is up to each mature individual to select wisely and for parents to see that their children are exposed only to the best that is offered.

Let us bless those involved in publishing and production that they may use this tremendous potential for good, for increased light and understanding. Then give thanks that wisdom and good judgment guide you in what you read, see, and hear.

The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is sound, your whole body will be full of light. (Matthew 6:22)
